With over 11 years of experience in technology and business systems, I work where strategy meets delivery — with a strong focus on cloud and on-premises contact center platforms, requirements engineering, and artificial intelligence.
By day I lead business systems analysis at one of Canada's largest banks. By night I build: Wezella, the business OS for local companies; the AI Readiness Scanner, which grades websites for the AI era; and client platforms like the With Habesha business directory.
I also founded and host theHabesha in Tech podcast — a platform for Ethiopian and Eritrean professionals finding their way into tech, in Amharic and English.
